Utah Jazz vs. Charlotte Hornets game preview: Utah seems to be bouncing back

Utah Jazz and the Charlotte Hornets are both looking to end a two-game losing streak when they face off on Monday night. It won’t be easy for Jazz as they have recently struggled with rising teams playing with a chip on their shoulders. The Hornets aren’t generally seen as contenders for the Eastern Conference this season, but they could be the ultimate NBA team that no one should underestimate. With rising star LaMelo Ball in the lead and star Gordon Hayward still producing at a high level, this team is not going to fall easily.

The Hornets may not have the talent on paper to match Jazz from top to bottom. But what they lack in top-level talent, they make up for by playing with heart and with self-confidence. That confidence comes from second-year playmaker LaMelo Ball, who leads the team with 20.3 PPG. What’s even more impressive for Ball is his passing and his ability to get his teammates involved in 8.1 APG. The key to this game for the Hornets will be for Ball to involve as many of his teammates as possible from the start. The Hornets are going to need a total effort in order to score enough to be able to keep up with the Jazz, who will play urgently to secure this victory.

The Jazz have lost the last two games in a confusing fashion. Part of the problem with the most recent loss to the Wizards was that the Jazz lacked the balance of Mike Conley, the Jazz are now 0-3 without Conley this season. But going back to last season, the Jazz have been relatively good in times of crisis, with Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert serving as an offensive-defensive punch that could put most teams on the sidelines late in the game. But since the last two games, the Jazz have not been able to stop anyone in the crunch time. Fortunately, the Jazz still have time this season to work out their problem in close games, but the challenge is to take it one game at a time and play the way they are able to against the Hornets. The key to this game for Jazz will be to start quickly and minimize turnovers throughout the game.

This game is essential for both teams as the Hornets try to keep pace for the last playoff spot in the East and the Jazz try to regain the momentum they had before reaching mid-season. . It should be a fun game and hopefully the Jazz can take the win.
